Travel Uniforms

New Style Travel Soccer Uniforms & Gear: 

WYS is partnering with a new uniform vendor, American Challenge, to offer WYS players an updated, high-performance custom kit! 

The WYS traditional forest green remains the primary color, but the design features a modern twist with racy white accent stripes. 

• New Travel Kit Design: 

  • Required for all 3rd Grade players 

  • Strongly encouraged for players in Grades 4-8

• Assigned Numbers: WYS-assigned jersey numbers must be entered during ordering. Players keep their same numbers throughout their WYS career.

• Uniform: The standard WYS kit is labeled GRADE 3-8 WESTWOOD TRAVEL UNIFORM KIT. Only green jerseys will be used.

Personal Soccer Equipment: 

Required equipment for players to bring to each session:

• Properly-sized shin guards, to be covered by soccer socks

• Soccer cleats are preferred to be worn, but sneakers are acceptable

• Labeled, properly-inflated soccer ball

  • Size 4 for Grades 3, 4, 5, and 6 and Size 5 for Grades 7 and 8

• Labeled, reusable water bottle(s)

• Pinnie (if coach distributes them to the players)

• Goalie gloves, if desired

• Repurposed backpack to be used to hold soccer gear and water bottle
