Instructions for On-Line Registration
GRADES 3-8 Spring 2013 soccer registration will be held online from Friday October 26, - Friday November 16, 2012:
Soccer registration is open to all boys and girls enrolled in Grades 3-8 for the SPRING 2013 season. Players must be residents of Westwood. Registration is online only. Please note the NOVEMBER 16, 2012 deadline. Any registrations received after this date will be charged a $50 per player late fee. Late registrants will be placed on a space available basis.
Fee waivers for financial need are available and MUST be requested during the OPEN registration period.
K-2 soccer
programs are year long and do NOT require re-registration in the spring forplayers who played in the fall. If you are a
NEW K-2 player, please contact the registrar@westwoodsoccer.org
directly via email. There is room on spring soccer teams for NEW K – 2 players.
PLEASE read before proceeding: If
you are considering volunteering for as coach, assistant coach, Parent
Manager or WYS Board Member please select the appropriate volunteer
option and complete the volunteer information during the initial online
registration process.
This
does not mean you have to make a commitment at this time. It is
necessary to have the information in the system to be selected as a
volunteer. Your LEGAL name, correct date of birth, and the last 6 digits
of your SSN is REQUIRED for CORI security background checks which are
mandated by Mass Youth Soccer. If you would like to volunteer to help
more than one of your children, please complete the process for each
program. Two parents may volunteer to help at the time of the initial
registration. |

Refund Policy:
WYS will not honor refund requests except for the following reasons (1) A season ending injury incurred before the start of the season, brought to the attention of WYS before the start of the season; (2) Any other health or safety-related issue, brought to the attention of WYS before the start of the season; (3) if WYS is unable to place the player on a team for any reason and therefore the child is unable to play for that season. (4) If the family moves out of Westwood and notifies the registrar at least four weeks before the start of the season. Late fees are not refundable. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from each refund to cover already incurred registration costs.
WESTWOOD YOUTH SOCCER is partnering with AdminSports.com, an online youth sports service provider, for processing online registrations. Please note, you will need a credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa) and health insurance information to complete the registration.

| There are 4 steps for registration: |
| 1. Family Setup: You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you regularly check as this is the email that all WYS communication will be addressed to. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address. |
| 2. Player Setup: Again, you will only have to this once for each player. |
| 3. Registration for the season: This contains the information that may need to be updated for each player, each season such as school, grade, health insurance information, emergency contact & medical information. |
| 4. Checkout: You may pay by Credit Card or request a Fee Waiver. Personal checks are not accepted. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for substantiated financial reasons. Fee waivers MUST be requested during the OPEN registration period. If you request a fee waiver, you will be required to submit a written statement supporting the request with rationale within two weeks to the address listed on the registration receipt or via email. |

The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 6.x and above, Safari, Firefox and most versions of Netscape and AOL. However, if you encounter any browser problems, please try a different browser. A few people have reported problems with some older versions of Netscape. If you set up your family and cannot continue, this is the problem.
NOTE: Some corporate and University firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home.
