Fall 2015 Registration is Closed

Registration for the Spring 2016 season will be held in late October/early November for Grades 3-8. Watch for notices in the District Bulletin and local papers.

Since our Mites Grades K-2 program is full year without a separate registration for the spring season, if your K-2 child did not play in the fall, but would like to play in the spring, please contact the registrar directly at registrar@westwoodsoccer.orgYour name will be kept on file and you will be notified individually in late January/February that there will be a limited OPEN registration period for new Mites K-2 players. Fees are not prorated.

PLEASE read before proceeding:

Volunteers: If you want to submit your name to be considered for a Coach, Assistant Coach, Parent Manager, or WYS Board position please select the appropriate volunteer option and complete the volunteer information when you are registering your child during this online registration process.

This does not mean you have to make a commitment at this time. It is necessary to have the information in the system to be selected as a volunteer. Your LEGAL name and correct date of birth is REQUIRED for a CORI security background check which is mandated by Mass Youth Soccer. If you would like to volunteer to help more than one of your children, please complete the process for each program. Two parents may volunteer to help at the time of the initial registration.

Refund Policy:

WYS will not honor refund requests except for the following reasons (1) A season ending injury incurred before the start of the season, brought to the attention of WYS before the start of the season; (2) Any other health or safety-related issue, brought to the attention of WYS before the start of the season; (3) if WYS is unable to place the player on a team for any reason and therefore the child is unable to play for that season. (4) If the family moves out of Westwood and notifies the registrar at least four weeks before the start of the season. Late fees are not refundable. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from each refund to cover already incurred registration costs.

WESTWOOD YOUTH SOCCER is partnering with, an online youth sports service provider, for processing online registrations. Please note, you will need a credit card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa) and health insurance information to complete the registration. 

All questions with an * red asterisk must be answered to complete the registration.
There are 4 steps for registration:
1. Family Setup: You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you regularly check as this is the email that all WYS communication will be addressed to. If you forget your password, you will need your correct email address. Please enter Legal names for all adults and children if requested.
2. Player Setup: Again, you will only have to do this once for each player.
3. Registration for the season: This contains the information that may need to be updated for each player, each season such as school, grade, health insurance information, emergency contact & medical information.
4. Checkout: You may pay by Credit Card or request a Fee Waiver. Personal checks are not accepted. No child will be denied the opportunity to play soccer for substantiated financial reasons. Fee waivers MUST be requested during the OPEN registration period. If you request a fee waiver, you will be required to submit a written statement supporting the request with rationale within two weeks by return email.

The registration site is compatible with Internet Explorer versions 6.x and above, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and most versions of Netscape and AOL. However, if you encounter any browser problems, please try a different browser. A few people have reported problems with some older versions of Netscape. If you set up your family and cannot continue, this is the problem.

NOTE: Some corporate and University firewalls do not allow access to this registration site. If you have trouble with access at work, please try again at home.
