Fall 2018 WYS Parents Survey

posted Dec 11, 2018, 6:02 AM by Evelyn Somers

It is our goal for the players in our program to have a positive experience and have fun playing soccer while enhancing their skills.

Please take a few minutes to complete a brief survey about your child’s soccer experience this past season. If you have more than one child in our program, please complete a SEPARATE survey for each child. Survey responses are anonymous.

Your input is very important as it helps us manage and evolve our programs to continue to meet your needs. This season we tried several new things and especially want your input if you participated in the TeamSnap communication pilot as well as feedback on the weekly skill sessions offered in Grades 3-6.
